Why do people come in this biz thinking their going to make a grand a day off the bat? Who the hell told them that? I got a e-mail from a cat yesterday. He said he wanted to come in the adult business and he thinks he is ready, I quote " I have got almost a gig of images and video I have leeched off of sites and I have Dreamweaver so I think IM ready". OK this dude may be the extreme idiot but still think this is the mentality coming in. Hell I'M newbie but when I came on board, I e-mailed people asking for advice. The people that answered me didn't fill my head with grandeur or false securities. They told me to forget the thinking that I would make some quick cash, and that there would be a long road ahead of me.

It takes work and dedication. I work on this damn computer in upwards of 15 hours a day. All you newbies remember that. 15 hours a day. Some days I make shit other days I make 500+, but not until recently. Set some goals, such as: By this time next year I want to make X amount of dollars. To do this you need to lay out a work schedule. Here's how I do it: Each Day I want to make 3 galleries, 1 free site and 1 avs. I want to read up on the latest and the greatest, shoot the shit on icq, and read what the deal is on the message boards. Normally I only make the galleries work on the free sites and spend the rest of the day shooting the shit on icq and checking stats 5000+ times. But I have a goal and I implement it whenever I can. I'M getting better at time management and as I do, I see more money coming in. I do most of my coding by hand even the updating of the TGP2. Its takes longer that way, but I learn more. Your mistakes are your lessons, learn from them. This article isn't about doom and gloom, but about reality.

OK newbies follow me. What is your specialty? don't know? What turns you on? Teens, Mature, Oral, Cum shots, Midget amputee, trannies. Whatever turns you on you will be good at marketing. If you like seeing a Fat woman having sex with a midget albino in the butt. You have found your niche, go to the next step. How are you going to market this, Find a sponsor for the niche and start thinking of marketing plans. Make 10-20 galleries with that niche in mind, also make an AVS site. Send the traffic from the galleries to the avs, and the sponsor. If they click through on the gallery their pre-qualified to have a liking to that content. When they get to the avs push hard the fact that they will see more content inside and 1000's of other sites just like it. When they buy, push the sponsor inside, hell now there qualified to love the niche, and to pulling out the Credit Card. They are yours now. Tell Them about the quality of the content inside the sponsor, and the forbidden things they have that you just cant talk about.

Now you just moved low quality TGP Traffic, Qualified the surfer to not only like the niche, but having a credit card and using it. How sweet is that? Now make some free sites with the galleries that you used before leave them mother fuckers and wait for the SE traffic, then your selling them all over again. Do this every day for the next 12 months and you will reach your goal. Does it sound hard? If so there is always fast food. It isn't easy and is doesn't always happen like I said, but it will pay off in the long run. Now Get That notion that all the money is just going to fall into your hands and get to work, pay some bills and have have some fun. :-)
