Adult Site Owners

Hey fellas - My name is Shu and I'm new to the article writing scene. I've spent the past five years or so reading and learning and trying to squeeze some money out of this crazy industry and I hope that I can throw some progressive new tactics at you AND have you guys throw some new shit at me. I think we are all pretty bored of articles that tell us to submit our sites to search engines, and try to get on as many link lists as possible. :)

This is a pretty tough question. If your like me, you started out with a few tiny websites on a free host and stole some images and made some money with no out of pocket cost. And then you made more sites and created an empire. Now what do I do? Were do I go for help? Isn't incorporation complicated? Now your head is spinning.

If your cyber home is becoming a bit crowded today then it may be time to consider what type of hosting service you really need. Typically, you will have four choices:

(1.) FREE SERVICES: This is what many first-time adult webmasters begin with because it is the most basic hosting package, giving you a limited amount of disk space in exchange for displaying an advertisement on their site promoting their service or an affiliate program of their choice. This isn't the most versatile option but it is definitely a good way to learn more about the adult site building and administration.

There are always keys to success in every business. We are in the adult business and it isn't different here. These keys include, the right tools, quality content,a good time schedule, a knowledge of your job, a dedication to success, and to me most important NETWORKING. Not catV or routers, but peer to peer in a sort. The friends that I made in my first week working in this industry are still there for me.

Why do people come in this biz thinking their going to make a grand a day off the bat? Who the hell told them that? I got a e-mail from a cat yesterday. He said he wanted to come in the adult business and he thinks he is ready, I quote " I have got almost a gig of images and video I have leeched off of sites and I have Dreamweaver so I think IM ready". OK this dude may be the extreme idiot but still think this is the mentality coming in. Hell I'M newbie but when I came on board, I e-mailed people asking for advice. The people that answered me didn't fill my head with grandeur or false securities. They told me to forget the thinking that I would make some quick cash, and that there would be a long road ahead of me.

No matter whether you run a pay site, a free site, TGP site, or AVS site, knowing your traffic is the best way to become a success. The most successful people in the adult industry know the demographics of their traffic and meet their traffic’s needs. This is key in the industry. So this little session will provide some simple tips to free site webmasters on getting to know the customer/surfer.
