When I talk to someone for the first time on ICQ or in email the question most often asked is what kind of click-thru or conversion ratios I get with TGP traffic. Normally the person knows I have been somewhat successful with galleries so they want a range to shoot for. Not a bad question, but perhaps you will be surprised to know that I calculate ratios differently. |

You always here this term this time of year. The summer slow down. This explains why your sales are low or dropping. I have a few theories on this. First of all its not such a bad thing. If your sales drop, your traffic drops, you might be able to figure out where this is going on. But most importantly your ideal would be a traffic drop in one or two places followed by sales drops. Then you know that was your best quality. best converting traffic. Growth hides a lot of problems in a business. So a summer slow down is a good opportunity to figure out what you can do better. |
